convenient location awesome breakfast impractical bathroom shower hose
the location was beautiful. trinity college was right nearby. the staff was friendly. the bedrooms had comfortable beds. breakfast included really good quality food.
the bathroom was not practical! the taps flowed very strongly. there was no shower hose.

an adequate stay
billing issue good service noise insulation traffic noise
jonathan from reception resolved billing issues. he was awesome. the clean room allowed me to have the best sleep in months. i also found the breakfast and the service to be very good.
the noise insulation in the room was bad. i could hear people and traffic outside almost all night. noise from downstairs closing the bar area was also disruptive.

Convenient and Clean Stay
efficient ac early arrival high-quality breakfast
The hotel provided AC, very important to me. I received a room upon my early morning arrival at 7 AM, which I appreciated. Breakfast was better than what you find at US brand hotel chains.
The floor staff sent me to the third floor with a key that did not work. I called reception and a man came up with a new key. My room had only two small windows in the roof. The hotel could not change my room because it was fully booked.

christmas decorations quiet space helpful staff coffee machine
the hotel had christmas decorations, this created a festive atmosphere. the courtyard was a nice feature. the bar was well-stocked, and the staff was very helpful with drink recommendations. a coffee machine in the room was a nice convenience.
Housekeeping did its work in the evening. I prefer it to be during the day.

clean room beautiful room helpful staff roadside noise poor insulation late noise
Jonathan at reception handled my billing concerns quite well. He solved the problem without any issue. I found my room clean and beautiful. It allowed me to have restful sleep .
My room faced the roadside, so the noise bothered me. I could hear both people and traffic at night. The bar area closing created screeching noises. This often continued past midnight.

great location clean rooms proper concierge
i booked last minute and it was a great choice. the hotel is in a fantastic location, close to trinity college and temple bar. the rooms were clean. i found a proper concierge team. kenneth remembered the value of service and listened to the guest to provide a nice experience.

the hotel is adjacent to theaters, museums, art galleries and shopping. it is near trinity college, a very big plus. i walked to many nearby attractions. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
