Convenient and Clean Stay

efficient acearly arrivalhigh-quality breakfastincorrect key
The hotel provided AC, very important to me. I received a room upon my early morning arrival at 7 AM, which I appreciated. Breakfast was better than what you find at US brand hotel chains.
The floor staff sent me to the third floor with a key that did not work. I called reception and a man came up with a new key. My room had only two small windows in the roof. The hotel could not change my room because it was fully booked.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offers amenities including a hair dryer, robes, and slippers. Breakfast service features seating arrangements, which can be beneficial for families or those preferring an organized dining experience. The hotel's renovated rooms present a modern and comfortable environment.

Jonathan at reception handled my billing concerns quite well. He solved the problem without any issue. I found my room clean and beautiful. It allowed me to have restful sleep .
My room faced the roadside, so the noise bothered me. I could hear both people and traffic at night. The bar area closing created screeching noises. This often continued past midnight.
